Job Description
Primo Driving Schools, one of the highest rated driving schools in Los Angeles, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our growing team!

This role is available as a part-time position or a full time Thursday-Monday position.
Weekends are required for this role.
This is a great part time role for a UCLA student - walk to work!
In-Office Responsibilities:
Opening the office at scheduled times
Handling and managing incoming calls , emails and mail communications
Greeting and assisting "walk-in" customers
Answering customer questions
Assisting clients to enroll in the DSS system.
Assisting clients to schedule lessons in the DSS
Preparing certificates and mailing as necessary
Maintaining and following up on the "WaitList" Cancellations
Communicating with customer leads.
Using GoTo Meeting software
Maintaining clear communication between Customer Service personnel
Communicating with driving instructors as needed.
Communicating with Management/Owners for guidance when needed
Helping maintain, organize and clean office areas
Maintaining Office Supply Inventory
Assist in the organization of office events.
Closing and Securing Office at the end of the day
Assisting Primo Driving Management as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
