Looking for a roommate for a beautiful, huge (1200 sq ft!), 2 bed/1.5 bath first floor apartment in a duplex with private front and back yards. It's located near the La Brea exit of I-10, 10-15 min from USC, with easy access to the west side, Culver City, and downtown LA, not to mention all the amenities of Mid City and West Adams. Despite being close to busy roads, the neighborhood is super walkable, with several coffee shops nearby.

Rent is $1700/month, plus utilities ($75). Willing to negotiate if necessary. Flexible January/February move-in. Open to month-to-month or longer term.

The apartment has a large kitchen with a giant stove and ton of counter space, a breakfast nook, in-unit washer and dryer, central heat & AC, one and a half bathrooms, and spacious common areas. There are private front and back yards with plenty of space for gardening and grilling. We also have very fast fiber internet, great for working for home and streaming.

The open room is 12 ft x. 12 ft with three windows and a walk-in closet. It's unfurnished, with more than enough space for a desk/work station if needed.

I'm your only roommate, a 32 yr old postdoc at USC's Health Sciences Campus with a hybrid work schedule and a very large dog - ideally, you consider living with a dog a perk! The lease allows for only one pet, so unfortunately you cannot have your own.

There is plentiful free street parking, and the landlord has a private garage available for rent if parking is a concern.
